Operating Hours

  • The golf club and all other facilities  shall be opened from Monday to Sunday at 7.00 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. daily unless otherwise determined by the management from time to time.
  • The management may at any time close the golf course or any part of the golf course for any reasons whatsoever.
  • The game of golf shall be played in accordance to the rules of golf as approved by R&A rules limited and the following local rules of TPGCC.
  • Players without a valid handicap or whose handicap is above 24 (for men) and 36 (for ladies) are strictly prohibited from playing on the golf course during weekends and public holidays unless approved by the management.
  • Children below 12 years old must be accompanied by a parent with golf handicap at all times.( Charges may apply)
  • All golfer are required to abide the Club By-Law set by the management upon using all the facilities.
  • The management reserves the rights to refuse or ban any golfers who is believed to have violated any of the golf etiquette and rules or have caused damage to club property, without stating any reasons. In such cases there will be no refund of any golfing fee whatsoever.

Course Control

  • All players must register at the Golf Registration Counter before commencing to play.
  • No player shall commence play prior to his particulars and handicap being registered with the Golf Registration counter and Starter.
  • Control of play shall be in accordance with such regulations as may be determined by the Management from time to time.
  • Play shall be regulated by the official tee-off times mentioned below, except when otherwise specified by the Management from time to time:
    • Tee Time Schedule

      7.16am to 9.32am           –         Morning Session

      12.30pm to 2.30pm         –         Afternoon Session

      4.30pm to 5.30pm           –         9 Holes Golf

    • The 3 nine-hole courses shall play as follows: –

      1st Nine Puteri Course to 2nd Nine Putera Course

      1st Nine Putera Course to 2nd Nine Tasik Course

      1st Nine Tasik Course to 2nd Nine Puteri Course

  • All cross over time is after the completion of the starting Tee-off time and shall cross over upon completion of each session. Any request to cross over early is subject to the starter coordination and Management’s prior approval.
  • Friday afternoon play shall be managed by the Club’s marshals for new flights and crossover teeing off.
  • Non-Player shall be charged for buggy and insurance.
  • A players may not play more than one (1) ball at any one time on any course.
  • Three-ball matches may be played on a course reserved for four-ball matches and shall have equal priority.
  • No Club or private competition shall be held except with the permission of the Management.
  • The Management shall have full power and authority to arrange the order of play at all times.
  • Sharing of golf sets in the same flight is prohibited.
  • Slow Play will not be tolerated which Pace of Play will be monitored.
  • 2 ball only applicable during weekday and weekend afternoon after 2pm subject to the Management’s discretion.
  • Jumbo Flight –  
    1. Weekday applicable for morning and afternoon
    2. Weekend only applicable in the afternoon

Applicable for 5 to 6 players which is designated on selected course assign daily by the golf registration and starter.

Golf Etiquette

  • Divots must be replaced and ball marks on greens must be repaired by players at all times.
  • Bunker must be rake by golfer or assigned caddy after usage.
  • Use of golf buggies shall only be restricted to areas specified by the management from time to time inside the golf course.
  • Employees or authorized persons of the club may inspect the course periodically to avoid undue delay, slow play and carry out checks of identification tags and course permits. players are required to assist and cooperate with such personnel.

Driving Range

  • Children below the age of 12 years are not allowed in the driving range area unless accompanied by a parent.
  • Driving range balls shall not be used on the golf course, chipping green and practice putting green.

Dress Code

  • A golfer shall dress presentably and appropriately while on the Golf Course, at the Practice Range and Driving Range. Jeans, T-Shirts without collars, track suits (jogging/tennis/squash) and football shorts (rubber strap) are strictly prohibited.

  • Proper golf shoes are recommended on the golf course, driving range and practice areas.

  • Golfer may purchased at our retail Pro Shop.

Buggy

  • The club’s golf course is a buggy course and usage of buggy is mandatory.
  • Buggy shall be hired by all players on sharing basis. each buggy shall be utilized by a maximum of two (2) players only.
    Rear passengers are strictly not permitted.
  • A player may not use a buggy for more than two and a half (2½) hours for 9 holes or not more than five (5) hours for 18 holes. for players who use the buggy for more than the stipulated time period, a fee shall be charged accordingly.
  • Based on availability, a buggy may be rented at the prescribed rate, subject to such terms and conditions as may be stipulated by the management. golfers using the buggy shall be responsible for all damages to the vehicle and cost of making good the damages shall be borne by the user.
  • No booking of buggy is allowed for children under the age of 12 years old who are also strictly prohibited to drive a buggy.
  • Buggy must be collected from and returned to the buggy station immediately after use.
  • Buggies are strictly not allowed on the tee boxes and greens unless otherwise specified by the management.

Golf bag, Equipment and Valuables

  • Neither the company nor the management shall be responsible or liable for loss or damage of any belongings or valuables belonging to golfers on the golf course or within the club premises.

Golf Insurance Coverage

  • All golfers are required to pay a standard insurance fee to insure themselves against any liability, loss or damage and they shall indemnify the club against all liabilities resulting from their actions based on the maximum coverage and any additional should be charge accordingly.
    ** The management reserves the right to change or amend any clause from time to time basis.

Policies & Procedures

  • Should there be any no show of members in your group or no show for reserved tee off time, the club reserves the right to swipe your credit card for payment of golfing fees in full for the missing player(s). if you need further assistance to reschedule your tee off time, please call the golf registration counter to report any potential difficulties at your earliest opportunity.
  • For golf tournament packages, 50% of the total sum, as per invoice, already paid as deposit will be forfeited if cancellation is made less than 03 working days prior to event date.
  • For group bookings (more than 20pax), a deposit of 50% of the total sum should be paid up before the cut-off date, failing which booking will be released. any cancellation received less than 48 hours before the event, deposit sum which has been paid up will be forfeited.
  • During tournaments, no show charges will be charged as per normal tournament rate. appeal on this matter should be done in writing and submitted for management’s consideration.

Booking Procedures

  • Weekend Tee Time – may be booked within fourteen (14) days in advance subject to availability on a first come first served basis.
  • Weekday Tee Time – may be booked within Thirty (30) days in advance subject to availability on a first come first served basis.
  • Each telephone booking is limited to not more than 02 flights per call.
  • All telephone booking shall require payment in advance to confirm the booking. The phone booking will be released three (3) days before the time booked.
  • For groups larger than thirty (30) players, prior telephone call shall be made to the golf registration counter at +603 6034 4721/22or hand-phone 012-2013 375 for special arrangements.
  • Group bookings must made be made minimum fourteen (14) days in advance which is subject to availability.
  • Prices quoted are inclusive of green fee, buggy fee, caddy fee (twin-sharing basis), golf daily insurance and government tax.
  • No rain-check policy for any current / ongoing golf promotion.
  • A penalty charge of RM53.00 nett per flight shall be applicable for Online booking amendment within 7 days of the date of play by contacting the Golf Counter.
  • Payment can be make by Online banking (FPX), Cash, Cheque and Bank transfer only.
  • TPGCC uses the Credit card, Debit card, Touch and Go E-Wallet, iPay88 Payment Gateway for processing of online transactions providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the internet.
  • All cancellation of booked slots must be made at least 48 hours before the time of play, failing which a cancellation fee shall be imposed by the management.
  • Should there be any price differences between the initial booking date and the selected amended date, the golfer shall also bear the rate differences based on walking rates. 
  • The management may, from time to time, determine restrictions on the use of the golf course by non handicap players.

Refund Policy

  • It is and shall remain your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of the golf flights booking details.
  • TPGCC bears no obligation to provide and refund, exchange, replacement, return and/or cancellation after a transaction has been confirmed.
